Incentive & Grant Assistance

Miami DDA offers a variety of grants and incentives that assist businesses in targeted areas of Downtown, these programs are designed to improve the retail environment like our Facade Improvement and Shutter Removal incentives, or as in our Tenant Improvement Grant, assist with build-out.  Most programs are matching grants and all use a competitive award process with applications accepted and reviewed monthly.
